Dedicated to the Account & Customer Service product team. Alison is passionate about creating an exceptional, personalized experience for VS & PINK shoppers. Prior to work on the ACS team, Alison designed the UX for engagement campaigns for PINK’s biggest fans, with an emphasis on mobile and app design and social integration. She has 15 years experience in art direction and production, including print publishing, video production, animation, and interactive design. In free time, she does political cartoons and illustration, and enjoys hiking and surfing. She gained a BFA in Digital Design from University of Colorado Denver and worked with Crispin Porter + Bogusky prior to moving to New York.
A native New Yorker, Wendy is a curiously creative person, fascinated by humans, computers, and how both of these interact. Over the past five years, she has created digital design experiences for ecommerce, startups, and non-profits. She studied User Experience Design at General Assembly and is currently consulting as a Digital Product Designer at Coach.
Sarah Doody is a user experience designer and product consultant based in New York City. She helps product teams create products people need and love, through smart and fast research, prototyping, and experience design. Sarah also founded the popular weekly UX newsletter, The UX Notebook. Very involved in UX education, Sarah created and taught General Assembly’s first 12 week User Experience program back in 2011. More recently, she created a course, User Research Fundamentals, to help teams understand their customers through doing more research.
Spending the last 10+ years honing her craft, from ecommerce to education and a variety of device types from kiosks to handheld devices, with a focus on facilitating a wide range of user research activities and reimagining research methods to meet real-world constraints, Elizabeth is now tackling the exciting challenges of product user research in her role at Citi. Elizabeth also co-founded the NYC based UX Researchers Meetup with a focus on knowledge sharing and providing opportunity for UXers at all levels. She has a Masters degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and was the Graduate Fellow for the University’s User Research Lab.
