We’re looking for thoughtful, engaging talks that spark conversation, challenge perspectives, and help our community grow—whether you’re a seasoned speaker or presenting for the first time.

Topics we’re looking for

We welcome a wide range of UX topics, including (but not limited to):

  • AI and the future of user experience  
  • Advanced UX strategies and case studies
  • UX research methods and insights
  • Designing for accessibility and inclusion
  • Product thinking and cross-functional collaboration
  • Career growth, leadership, and navigating the UX industry
  • Real-world lessons, failures, and learnings
  • Topics that challenge the way we build products today

Event Format

We usually host 2-hour events, allowing for a 20- to 40-minute presentation, panel discussion, or workshop.

Talks are typically preceded by 30 minutes of casual networking, and we usually wrap up with a 15-minute Q&A and a few minutes for making connections.

Some things we look for in partnerships:

  • Space and seating for about 50 people
  • Screens or a projector for presentations
  • Microphones for speakers
  • Light food and beverages
  • Accessible by public transit
