Founded in January 2014 by Sophie, the London chapter of Ladies that UX was built to create space for women in UX to connect, learn, and grow together. The very first event sold out within days, with a waiting list of over 70 people, a clear signal that this community was needed.
Since then, the chapter has hosted over 100 events, consistently attracting between 70–100 Designers, Researchers and other ux professionals of all levels to each event. It has evolved into one of the most established and active UX communities in London, helping to shape careers, build lasting connections, and elevate the role of UX across the industry.
Today, a dedicated team continues to carry that forward, curating inclusive, high-quality experiences that support and empower the community at every stage of their journey.
All events are free to ensure they remain accessible to everyone. This is made possible through the generosity of companies and organisations who host us. If you are interested in speaking or can offer a space, we would love to hear from you, please get in touch via our LinkedIn page.
